It's still difficult, and can take a few tries to figure out how to coordinate with your friend. Run to killing spot #2, and smash with button 2. When they are approaching killing spot #1, start transforming into the hand, then smash with button 2. Your friend should now be rounding up the first set of mobs while mounted. Wait for respawns of all the ones you were planning to kill. Once you have your plan in place, wait for all other players to clear out of the area. The killing spot should be somewhere close enough that the rounded up packs won't evade, and also close to, say, another big platform to use as a second killing spot. Use flags to mark the packs to grab and the killing spot (the flags will disappear when you drop group, just use them while you're setting up to be sure you both understand exactly where you're each going.). Come up with a game plan for which packs your friend is going to round up for you, and what spot they will bring the mobs to. (Yes, I know the achieve can't be done in a group.
